I recently was honored to work with Kristal on several limiting beliefs that I had that were blocking me from moving forward in both my business and personal life. From my first 

session with her, it was clear to me that she possesses a rare and remarkable talent for coaching that is both compassionate and motivating at the same time! 

Kristal took the time to listen to what I was saying, helping me to dig deeper and understand myself more clearly. Kristal’s expertise extends beyond traditional coaching methods. Her deep understanding of human behavior from her experiences as a small business owner and spiritual practices, have equipped me with tools and strategies that will have a lasting impact on my life. 

Her guidance has not only helped me achieve my immediate goals but has also empowered me with the confidence and skills to navigate future challenges with resilience and grace. 

Working with Kristal as my life coach over the last several weeks has been such a privilege. She is such a thoughtful person, who is clearly passionate about the work she does and helping people achieve their goals and desires. She always knows the right questions to ask to get me where I need to be with my self realization and does this in such a holistic and comforting way. I completely trust her with all my fears and concerns and know she's never judging me. 

I will also add that Kristal is unique as a life coach because of her own life experience and professional background. She would be a great coach for someone looking to change jobs or industries. She is also fantastic at providing a spiritual basis to her work, which would make her a great fit for anyone who is seeking to find space for mindfulness. 

All in all, I cannot recommend Kristal any higher and can't wait to continue to work with her in the future!

 Kristal is a powerful guide. One of her biggest gifts is that she can clearly and deeply see people on a soul level.  As a threshold worker, she tunes into a person’s shadows, roadblocks, old patterns and stories that no longer serve – and through curious, reflective questions – she helps you to unveil the answers you likely already know but can’t see as clearly. I have wanted to start my own spiritual business for several years but haven’t ever felt “ready enough.” 

After just a handful of sessions with Kristal’s empathic guidance, gentle witnessing, and assistance in setting small, achievable goals I felt empowered and motivated to not only notice what was holding me back, but to also clear my path and move forward – much farther than I could have ever anticipated!
