The Identity Reclamation Session is a guided experience designed to help you uncover the parts of yourself buried beneath trauma, conditioning, expectations, and survival strategies. Together, we'll explore the moments where pieces of your authentic identity were lost, challenged, or silenced, and begin the process of reclaiming them with intention and compassion.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you were before the world told you who you should be.

You'll leave with greater clarity, deeper self awareness, and practical next steps to strengthen self trust, personal sovereignty, and alignment with your authentic self.
