Sovereignty is Key

How I got here
My Story:
I came to this path because I walked this path.
Having experienced significant trauma in childhood and adulthood, there were many times I lost sight of who I was.
I followed the expectations of others, disconnected from my own instincts, and struggled to trust myself.
Like many people on a healing journey, I searched for answers everywhere. Therapy gave me relief, insight, and valuable tools.
Energy healing helped me understand the connection between emotional wounds and physical well being. I studied Reiki, explored herbalism, deepened my spiritual practice, and spent years learning everything I could about healing and transformation.
For a time, I believed I was healed. Then life handed me another lesson.
I found myself in a relationship where I slowly abandoned myself again, and I realized there was still deeper work to do.
As I continued healing, a pattern became impossible to ignore.
Despite all the tools, knowledge, and experiences I had gathered, I still struggled to trust my own voice.
The real healing wasn't about learning more.
It was about remembering who I was beneath the trauma, conditioning, fear, and self doubt.
So I returned to the work. Not to fix myself, but to reclaim myself.
Along the way, I trained as a coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School and began developing a framework to help others navigate their own healing journeys. Yet something still felt incomplete.
I eventually realized that the most authentic version of my work could not leave out the things that had been instrumental in my own transformation: ritual, spirituality, plant allies, ancestral wisdom, and the sacred practices that helped me reconnect with myself.
When I finally stopped trying to separate those pieces, everything clicked into place.
Today, I blend practical coaching, deep self inquiry, and spiritual practice to help people reconnect with their own inner knowing.
My goal is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you remember who you were before the world told you who you had to be.
Having walked through the darkness of CPTSD, grief, loss, and profound self abandonment, I have become what I once needed:
a torchbearer for those finding their way home to themselves.
